MY APPROACH
Childcaring
Having managed several high profile nurseries and helped build their practice to a high standard, my goal has always been to ensure parents are not only satisfied with the practice but reassured that each individual child's safety, development and care is at the forefront of our aims.

I am honoured to have joined the Little Rabbit team and to be part of all of the wonderful families here. I believe that forming strong relationships with all families is key to delivering quality childcare.
Overview
My great passion is to inspire my staff team to ensure that all children within the setting are provided with exceptional childcare and take the greatest care to provide the right level of support and encouragement ensuring all children grow in confidence, build on important social skills and learn at their own pace in an enabling and creative environment. The key to a successful nursery is the engagement of the whole team, so celebrating success and recognising the staff’s hard work is a highly regarded part of my role and I am looking forward to getting to know all the staff team and sharing the great work they do each and every day.
